“What the war left behind. They refused to stay dead.”
The Remnants should not exist. The war should have finished them. It didn’t.
ECHO is their mechanic — cards activate on destruction, not on play. The graveyard is a second hand. Every loss triggers something. Every death has consequence. The Remnants don’t fear destruction. They plan for it.
In the wargame: attrition fighters that return from the edge. Every loss makes them harder to permanently stop. You can’t kill what builds power from dying.
The Remnants are for players who understand that persistence is its own kind of strength. That refusing to accept a final defeat is a strategy, not stubbornness. That the war isn’t over until you decide it is.
This forum is where Remnant players build, theorise, and refuse to concede ground.
You are never finished until you decide you are.
